The Role

Join Neo4j's innovative Generative AI (GenAI) team, where we are pioneering advanced AI and machine learning solutions. As a Back-End Engineer, you will be instrumental in developing robust, scalable server-side systems that power our GenAI product portfolio. You will contribute to both existing and new products as we expand our suite of GenAI offerings.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and maintain high-performance back-end systems using Python/Go/Typescript to support GenAI applications.

* Stay current with advancements in GenAI technologies and back-end development trends to ensure optimal system architecture.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to propose innovative solutions that enhance our GenAI products and services.

* Support internal teams in integrating GenAI capabilities into their systems, ensuring seamless functionality.

Minimum Qualifications

* 5+ years of professional experience building back-end systems with Python, utilizing frameworks such as FastAPI, or similar with Go or TypeScript.

* Experience with building applications using Agent Frameworks or libraries like PydanticAI, LangGraph, AG2, CrewAI, AI-SDK or similar.

* Proven expertise in developing scalable, efficient back-end infrastructure for AI-driven or GenAI applications.

* Strong proficiency in back-end development best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, etc.
