B2B Digital Marketing and Communications Associate / Junior

Smart Capital Center is building the first AI-powered platform for commercial real estate investment and financial management. Our platform combines real-time data, automation, and AI insights to help investors move faster, reduce risk, and uncover better opportunities.

We’re looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Associate who is hands-on, creative, and uses AI tools and agents daily to execute campaigns, create content, and drive growth.

What You’ll Do

* Execute campaigns across email, website, social media, and paid ads

* Create and publish marketing content (social posts, blogs, email campaigns, landing pages)

* Support and optimize Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads

* Use AI tools and agents daily to generate content, run research, and automate workflows

* Track performance and continuously improve campaigns using data

* Support SEO, website updates, and marketing automation

What We’re Looking For

* 2+ years experience in digital, content, or growth marketing

* Strong content writing and copywriting skills

* Experience with paid ads, email marketing, or analytics tools

* Daily user of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) and comfortable working with AI-driven workflows

* Basic understanding of technical marketing (tracking, analytics, automation)

* High ownership mindset with an exceptional work ethic (work hard, play hard)

* Growth-focused, fast learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment
