Role Overview

Drive large-scale adoption of Generative AI by leading hands-on training for technology and leadership teams. The role focuses on enabling practical use of GenAI tools and applications across engineering and delivery teams to improve productivity and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the GenAI training strategy aligned with business needs

* Deliver hands-on training on LLMs, prompt engineering, copilots, and AI tools

* Upskill & train engineering and technical leadership teams through workshops and programs

* Drive adoption of GenAI tools across engineering, cloud, and delivery teams

* Build a train-the-trainer model and develop internal AI champions

* Ensure training drives business impact, productivity, and innovation

Ideal Profile

* 15+ years in Technology, Technical Training, or Capability Development

* Strong hands-on experience in Generative AI, AI tools, and Cloud

* Proven experience delivering technical training at scale

* Ability to simplify complex AI concepts into practical learning
