About The Role
We're looking for aviation professionals and enthusiasts to help train and improve AI systems that understand real-world flight communications. You'll listen to and review authentic pilot-to-tower audio, helping AI accurately interpret the specialized language, terminology, and cadence of aviation communications.

What You'll Do
* Listen to and review real pilot-to-tower audio recordings for accuracy and clarity
* Evaluate AI transcriptions and interpretations of aviation communications
* Identify errors in terminology, phrasing, or procedural language
* Annotate and flag communications that are unclear, incorrect, or misrepresented
* Provide structured feedback to help AI better understand real-world aviation language
* Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
* Background or experience in aviation — pilots, air traffic controllers, aviation students, dispatchers, and enthusiasts are all welcome
* Familiarity with standard aviation phraseology and pilot-to-tower communication protocols
* Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle errors
* Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
* No prior AI or tech experience required
Nice to Have
* Active or former pilot certificate (any category)
* Experience as an air traffic controller or aviation radio operator
* Familiarity with ICAO or FAA communication standards
* Experience with aviation incident reporting or safety review processes
