Full Description

Valence has built the first-to-market AI-native coaching platform for enterprise, offering personalized, expert, and human-like guidance to any leader or employee. At Valence, we’re not just talking about the future of work — we’re actively shaping it.

From your first interaction with us, you'll notice we're different. By working here you won't just help our team operate more smoothly; you'll help architect the operational systems that allow an AI-native company to scale.

And we’ll be honest — this is not for everyone. This role sits at the messy intersection of systems, automation, and real-world operations. It requires someone who enjoys turning chaos into structure, eliminating manual work through automation, and building operational leverage through AI.

For the right person, this is a rare opportunity to build the operational backbone of a fast-scaling AI company.

The Role

This role sits at the center of how Valence runs day-to-day. You will help design, run, and continuously improve the operational systems that keep the company moving.

Part of this role involves traditional operational work — coordinating logistics, supporting onboarding, managing vendors, and helping our leaders stay focused on the highest-impact work.

But the core mandate is not simply executing tasks. Your real job is to build systems that eliminate tasks.

You will identify manual workflows across finance, people operations, IT, and internal operations — and redesign them using automation, AI tools, and structured processes. Over time, the work should increasingly shift from coordination to system design and operational leverage.

If this role works well, leaders spend less time on administrative work, operational processes run smoothly without intervention, and the company gains leverage as we scale.
