Associate, AI Deployment & Strategy

About the Role:

We are hiring a technically oriented AI Deployment Strategist (Associate) to (1) manage portfolio company AI transformations, (2) coordinate with external stakeholders and our internal engineering team, (3) help build roadmaps to transform legacy businesses with automation, advanced analytics, and AI, (4) support building our product roadmap, (5) support PE investment underwriting and due diligence processes, and (6) support with business development activities. The Associate will play a role in scoping out value creation opportunities at companies that we partner with and running their end-to-end transformations through deploying a combination of bespoke software solutions as well as productized software solutions. This is a “hands-on” position requiring top-notch data analysis and technical strategy consulting skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 

About You:

* 2 - 5 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, engineering, and/or product management

* Have experience managing executive stakeholder relationships

* Have experience with generative AI and data science (e.g., data analysis, artificial intelligence, natural language processing, recommender systems, neural networks) and product design (e.g., user research, prototyping)

* Have experience with product management: from understanding user pain points and needs, to scoping out detailed software solutions to solve those pain points, to managing engineering and data science teams to coordinate the development and deployment of the associated software solutions

* Have experience quantifying the tangible enterprise value / EBITDA impact of prospective transformation initiatives

* Experience in SQL, Python, and other database and data analysis technologies is a plus

* Have demonstrated the ability to work independently and manage teams effectively

* Great interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment

* Ability to own the outcome and deliver against ambitious deadlines

* Ability to multi-task and context-switch effectively between different projects, products and teams

* Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

* Bachelors and/or Masters in Computer Science or a related field
