About Position:

Role: Gen AI Architect

Location: Raleigh, NC

What You'll Do:

* Design and implement GenAI solution architectures using enterprise-approved LLMs and cloud platforms

* Support use cases such as document processing, summarization, Q&A, copilots, and workflow augmentation

* Define reference architectures for GenAI components (LLMs, vector stores, APIs, orchestration layers)

* Collaborate with engineers to integrate GenAI services into existing applications and data platforms

* Assist with prompt engineering, evaluation, and optimization for reliability and performance

* Ensure solutions align with security, privacy, and responsible AI guidelines

* Provide technical guidance during PoCs and early production deployments

* Document architecture decisions, patterns, and implementation guidance

Expertise You'll Bring:

* 4–7 years of experience in software, data, or cloud architecture roles

* Hands-on experience with Generative AI / LLM-based solutions

* Familiarity with tools such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks

* Working knowledge of REST APIs, cloud services, and modern application architectures

* Experience collaborating with engineering and product teams

* Strong communication skills with the ability to explain AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders
