Salary: $175,000 - $225,000 per year

Job Details

Experience in implementing AI tooling and infrastructure to a largely "AI-less" large scale technology operation

Experience leading engineering teams focused on artificial intelligence or advanced analytics

Strong background in machine learning, data engineering, or AI platform development

Experience building production software systems and scalable data pipelines

Ability to translate operational problems into technical AI solutions

Experience collaborating with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders

Strong understanding of software architecture, cloud infrastructure, and modern development practices

Ability to lead technical strategy, project execution, and engineering delivery

Must work onsite with technology and operations teams
