About Deephollow

Deephollow is a multi-tenant platform operating at the intersection of AI, engineering, and talent development. It serves two parallel functions. On one side, it enables learners to accelerate in IT through a structured combination of certifications, real-world projects, and personalized CV guidance reviewed by human experts. On the other, it collaborates directly with companies to design and deliver applied AI and software solutions, integrating learners into supervised, production-oriented environments.

This model ensures that participants are not isolated in theoretical exercises but instead contribute to real systems with concrete constraints, timelines, and users. The objective is to close the gap between learning and industry by exposing participants to the same standards, tooling, and expectations found in professional engineering teams.

What you will work on

You will be involved in the design and implementation of applied Generative AI systems, with a focus on LLM-based architectures, prompting strategies, and agent-driven workflows. The work spans the full lifecycle, from rapid prototyping to production-oriented refinement, including integration into real use cases. This includes building automation pipelines, orchestrating AI agents, and structuring systems that interact with external services and users in a reliable way.

Projects available

DialAgent is an AI-driven system that initiates and manages phone calls to execute predefined tasks through voice interaction. It involves combining LLM reasoning with text-to-speech systems and backend orchestration to handle real-world communication workflows.

VisionTrace focuses on computer vision, enabling the detection and tracking of individuals across multiple video streams to analyze movement patterns and behavior in structured environments. The project emphasizes scalable processing, accuracy, and data interpretation.

Questify AI explores interactive learning by transforming study materials into maze-based environments, where users learn through exploration. It combines LLMs with game development frameworks such as Unity or Unreal Engine to create adaptive and engaging educational experiences.

What you gain

You will work on systems that are intended for real usage, not isolated demos. The environment includes structured mentorship, collaborative team workflows, and exposure to practical engineering constraints such as scalability, reliability, and integration. You will contribute to projects that are actively developed and iterated upon, while also receiving targeted guidance on how to present your work professionally, including CV review and positioning.

Who we are looking for

This opportunity is suited for individuals who are comfortable building and experimenting, even without complete information, and who are motivated by learning through execution. A basic understanding of AI or software development is expected, but depth is less important than the ability to iterate and adapt. You should be able to work in English and have a clear interest in applied AI systems, particularly in areas such as LLMs, agents, or automation.
