We’re hiring multiple AI/ML Engineers across experience levels for a VC-backed Agentic AI security startup, founded in 2025 and already a 20-person team.

This company is building AI agents that don’t just answer questions — they take action. Their platform leverages deep institutional knowledge from customer systems to automate security operations, remediation, and response at scale.

🔹 AI Engineer – Knowledge & Retrieval (RAG)

Why this role matters

The company’s core differentiator is the knowledge base built from customer data — Jira tickets, past fixes, design docs, and incident history.

This role owns making that data usable by AI agents. If retrieval quality is poor, everything downstream suffers.

What you’ll do

* Build data ingestion pipelines for customer security data

* Design chunking, embedding, and retrieval strategies

* Own RAG architecture and search quality

* Build evaluation frameworks to measure and improve retrieval accuracy

* Continuously optimize knowledge systems powering autonomous agents

What we’re looking for

* Experience building RAG or knowledge retrieval systems

* Strong Python skills

* Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.)

* Has worked with LLMs in production

* Bonus: security or infrastructure experience

🔹 AI Engineer – Agentic & Voice Systems

Why this role matters

The company is building autonomous, voice-enabled security agents that triage issues, generate fixes, and run remediation campaigns. This role owns the agentic layer — from orchestration to real-time interaction.

What you’ll do

* Build AI agents that perform real security operations

* Design multi-step workflows, tool use, and function calling

* Implement text-to-speech, speech-to-text, and real-time audio streaming

* Own agent orchestration, reliability, and performance

* Collaborate closely with the existing AI engineer on architecture

What we’re looking for

* Experience building agentic systems

* Strong Python and LLM integration experience

* Experience with TTS / STT / real-time AI systems

* (Whisper, ElevenLabs, Deepgram, OpenAI Realtime, WebSockets, etc.)

* Has shipped production AI features

* Bonus: security background
