* Strong experience in AI/ML development (e.g., Python, ML frameworks, data pipelines)

* Experience with Copilot/Copilot Studio/ Power Automate and other automation tool

* Hands-on experience with LLMs and generative AI (e.g., prompt engineering, orchestration, APIs)

* Experience building and deploying production-grade solutions (MLOps, CI/CD, monitoring)

* Solid experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure, but AWS/GCP also relevant)

* Strong knowledge of APIs, microservices, and system integration

* Experience working with large and complex datasets

* Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and deliver end-to-end solutions
