Artificial Intelligence Engineer

We’re hiring AI Engineers for a hybrid opportunity supporting high-impact work with a leading financial institution.

Location: NYC / NJ

Work setup: Hybrid, 3 days onsite

Employment Type: Full-time

You’ll be part of a high-caliber engineering team building secure, scalable AI platforms and integrating AI-based features into existing systems. This role involves working closely with engineers and technical leaders to help advance AI initiatives across internal operations.

We’re looking for engineers who can contribute across both design and implementation, build well-tested systems, and deliver continuous incremental improvements. Curiosity and enthusiasm for agentic AI, generative AI, and traditional machine learning will be important in this role.

Required experience in one or more of the following:

* LLMs such as Gemini, Claude, OpenAI, or similar

* Orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, or multi-agent systems

* ML/DL, including NLP, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and fine-tuning

* RAG systems, PostgreSQL, vector databases, and advanced retrieval

* Experience working in financial services, banking, or other highly regulated environments

Additional experience that is beneficial:

* Docker, OpenShift, Kubernetes, observability, and monitoring

* API and microservice design

* TDD and CI/CD practices

Key responsibilities:

* Build robust and scalable systems for tens of thousands of internal users

* Integrate LLM-based features using internal AI platforms

* Work closely with engineers and stakeholders to define requirements

* Build high-quality, well-tested applications and services
