About Position:

* Role: GenAI/ AI-ML Developer

* Location: Seattle, WA

* Experience: 10+

* Job Type: Full Time Employment

What You'll Do:

* AWS Bedrock (Knowledge Bases, embedding models, Claude LLMs)

* AgentCore (Runtime, Memory, Identity, Gateway)

* Prompt engineering — system prompts, few-shot, chain-of-thought, intent classification prompts

* Python (primary language for agent/tool development)

* Multi-agent orchestration patterns — tool routing, parallel execution, result aggregation

* Entity extraction and NLP concepts — intent classification, entity resolution, alias mapping

* Evaluation frameworks — offline eval, LLM-as-judge, accuracy benchmarking (RAGAS or similar

Expertise You'll Bring:

* One should use GENAI expertise to leverage his experience and knowledge.

* Strands Agents SDK or similar agentic frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph)

* RAG architecture — chunking strategies, embedding models, hybrid search (semantic + keyword)

* LLM cost optimization — token management, context window strategies, summary vs. full result patterns
