We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI Engineer with a strong background in Software Engineering Data Science and Machine Learning with at least 5 years of professional experience The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Large Language Models LLMs reasoning models and Generative AI with a focus on building productiongrade solutions using Azure OpenAI including ChatGPT5 and related services In this role you will play a key part in designing developing and deploying nextgeneration AI systems that deliver real business impact

To qualify for the role you must have

12 years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning

Proficiency in Python and modern development tools eg Git Docker

Proven experience working with LLMs GPT4 GPT4o GPT5 or any others

Expertise in Azure OpenAI services and cloudnative AI deployment

Experience with reasoning models for structured decisionmaking

Indepth knowledge of machine learning deep learning and NLP techniques

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills ability to innovate in fastpaced environments

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field

Ideally youll also have

Knowledge of MLOpsDevOps practices including CICD pipelines monitoring and model lifecycle management

Experience with REST API frameworks like FastAPI or any other Django REST Flask etc

Handson expertise with Docker Kubernetes and scalable cloud architectures

Ability to design AI solutions that integrate seamlessly into enterprise systems enhancing user experience and business processes

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across technical and business domain

Lead Tech Engineer AILLM POC Solution Envisioning

The role

Were hiring a Lead Tech Engineer to own technical direction envision and shape POC solutions and lead a small highimpact AI engineering team Youll turn ambiguous business needs into executable technical plans rapidly prototype with Azure OpenAI and related Azure services and guide those prototypes toward productiongrade architectures

What youll do

Envision architect POCs Translate briefs into solution blueprints agents RAG tooluse evaluationguardrails selecting the right Azure services for speed and scale

Lead the tech team Run daytoday engineering sprint planning code reviews pairing unblock issues and set quality bars for code security and observability

Build quickly safely Ship working prototypes in days with solid telemetry promptversion control and costlatency budgets from day one

LLM solutioning Design and implement workflows using Azure OpenAI eg GPT44o5 Reasoning Azure AI Search vector stores and reasoningagent patterns

Evaluation guardrails Establish evaluation harnesses quality safety latency cost redteaming and humanintheloop checkpoints

Securebydefault Apply enterprise controls VNETs Key Vault RBAC private networking data privacy and responsible AI practices

Path to production Define promotion gates from POC MVPscale partner with platformSREInfra for CICD monitoring and runbooks

Stakeholder collaboration Work closely with product design and business leads to land solutions that deliver measurable outcomes

Mentor upskill Coach engineers in LLM patterns Python craft Azure primitives and MLOps

Minimum qualifications

5 years professional software engineering 4 years in Data ScienceML

Strong Python development with modern tooling Git Docker

Handson with LLMs GPT44o5 or similar promptagent patterns and NLP

Azure OpenAI expertise and cloudnative deployment on Azure

Experience with reasoning models for structured decisionmaking

Solid grounding in MLDLNLP fundamentals and tradeoffs

BSMS in CS Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
