Senior Software Engineer, AI Agents — up to $320K + equity

About the Role

You will build AI agents from 0→1 that generate insights, automate workflows, and drive real business outcomes. This is a high-ownership role working directly with leadership.

What You’ll Do

* Build and ship AI products from 0→1

* Design and scale LLM-driven systems and pipelines

* Prototype quickly and deploy production AI systems

* Make key decisions on AI architecture and frameworks

Must Have

1. 4+ years of software engineering experience building AI/ML or data-driven products

2. Strong product mindset with 0→1 experience

3. Solid backend engineering fundamentals

4. Experience working in high-growth or VC-backed startups

5. Ability to operate in ambiguity and move quickly

Nice to Have

1. Experience with LLMs, AI agents, or advanced AI applications (beyond simple RAG/chatbots)

2. Early engineer or founder experience

3. Strong CS background from a top 15–20 university

4. Exposure to ML concepts or applied AI systems

5. Experience building and scaling complex systems end-to-end

Compensation
