Agentic AI Engineer (US – Remote)

We are building next-generation agentic AI systems that will redefine how clinical and life-sciences workflows are designed, validated, and executed.

This is not a prompt engineering role. This is not a research-only role.

What You’ll Do

* Design and implement multi-agent systems with planning, execution, and validation loops.

* Build tool-using agents (RAG, APIs, database access, external systems integration).

* Develop orchestration logic and stateful workflows (LangGraph or custom frameworks).

* Implement hybrid memory systems (vector stores, knowledge graphs, structured retrieval).

* Write clean, production-quality Python code.

* Collaborate with data, platform, and QA teams to ship reliable systems in regulated environments.

What You Bring

* Experience building multi-agent systems with planning, execution, and validation loops.

* Experience implementing tool-using agents (RAG, APIs, database access, external tools).

* Experience with LangGraph, custom orchestration frameworks, or equivalent state machines.

* Understanding of memory systems (vector stores, hybrid retrieval, knowledge graphs).

* Strong Python (required); other systems languages a plus.

* Experience building complex, distributed systems.

* Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving startup environments.

LLM & Model Integration

* Hands-on experience building with Anthropic Claude (Claude 3/4 family) in production environments.

* Experience implementing tool use, structured outputs, and reasoning chains.

* Familiarity with Claude Code, prompt versioning, and evaluation loops.

* Experience with fallback routing and multi-model orchestration (Claude + OpenAI + open-weight models).
