We’re Hiring: Senior Engineer – AI Software Engineering Enablement (Cursor & Claude Code)

Looking for a hands-on AI engineering leader who can turn AI-assisted development from experimentation into scalable engineering practice.

Role: AI Software Engineering Lead

Focus Areas: Cursor IDE, Claude Code, MCP Servers, AI Engineering Enablement

Experience: 10+ Years

Skills: AI Coding Tools, MCP Integration, Software Engineering Leadership, GenAI Enablement

What You’ll Do:

• Lead a live pilot using Cursor & Claude Code within real engineering workflows

• Apply AI for code generation, refactoring, testing, reviews, and documentation

• Build AI engineering standards, guardrails, and prompting frameworks

• Set up and configure MCP servers for secure, context-aware development

• Create practical playbooks, quick-start guides, and enablement sessions

• Partner with engineering teams to drive measurable productivity gains

What We’re Looking For:

Strong hands-on software engineering background

Experience with AI coding tools like Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, etc.

Understanding of MCP servers or context-injection mechanisms

Ability to work in fast-paced pilot and transformation environments

Enterprise delivery mindset with governance and security awareness

Nice to Have:

• Experience creating engineering standards/playbooks

• Exposure to enterprise AI adoption initiatives
