AI Analyst

Remote / US Based

We are seeking an AI Analyst to support an AI Governance Enablement engagement at a large SaaS company. This role will work directly under the AI Governance Engagement Lead and will be responsible for executing a significant portion of the analysis, documentation, and artifact development required to deliver a comprehensive AI governance program.

The ideal candidate is highly structured, AI-literate, and capable of translating technical and risk discussions into clear, actionable documentation. This role requires strong systems thinking, comfort engaging with technical stakeholders, and the ability to independently drive workstreams forward.

Core Responsibilities

AI Governance Analysis & Execution

Support development of AI use case intake frameworks, risk tiering logic, and control application models

Document AI system architectures and identify governance integration points

Translate AI risk discussions into structured control matrices and workflow documentation

Draft governance blueprints, process flows, and decision frameworks

Ensure governance artifacts are clear, consistent, and implementation-ready

Technical Documentation & Control Mapping

Capture and document governance integration points across AI system flows (LLMs, RAG pipelines, agentic systems)

Develop structured mappings across model, data, privacy, security, operational, and responsible AI risk dimensions

Document logging, telemetry, monitoring, and audit requirements defined by the Engagement Lead

Support evaluation of governance and monitoring tooling options

Stakeholder & Workshop Support

Prepare materials for cross-functional workshops

Capture structured outputs from workshops and working sessions

Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather inputs across product, engineering, security, and legal teams

Maintain organized documentation repositories and ensure version control across deliverables

Deliverable Ownership & Quality

Independently drive assigned workstreams to completion

Develop executive-ready presentations and documentation

Synthesize complex technical discussions into clear written outputs

Proactively identify gaps, inconsistencies, and areas requiring clarification

Required Qualifications

4+ years of relevant experience in AI systems, data governance, analytics, AI risk, product, or related roles

Strong understanding of Large language models and generative AI systems, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts, AI system workflows and architecture components

Ability to understand and document technical architecture discussions

Experience translating business or risk requirements into structured documentation

Strong analytical and systems thinking skills

High attention to detail and ability to manage complex documentation

Ability to operate independently with limited supervision

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting AI governance, responsible AI, or AI risk initiatives

Familiarity with NIST AI Risk Management Framework

Experience working in enterprise or SaaS environments

Consulting or client-facing experience

Exposure to AI monitoring or governance tooling landscapes
