Applied AI / Machine Learning Engineer

What you will work on

* Design and improve models across NLP, vision, and multimodal pipelines

* Evaluate and stress-test model behavior in real-world conditions

* Improve robustness, consistency, and performance under deployment constraints

* Optimize models for latency and efficiency, including edge environments

* Bridge research and production in tightly integrated systems

What we are looking for

* Strong foundation in machine learning and deep learning

* Experience with LLMs, vision models, or multimodal systems

* Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow

* Ability to reason about model behavior beyond standard benchmarks

* High ownership and comfort working in fast-moving environments

Nice to have

* Experience with efficient inference (quantization, pruning, etc.)

* Familiarity with multimodal systems or real-world deployment constraints
