👀 TLDR;
We are creating a next-generation OS for Insurance, designed to empower insurers & brokers to rapidly deploy innovative products, significantly reducing time-to-market and operational costs.
Think of it as the “Shopify for Insurance”, enabling a new era of agility in the insurance industry.
🚀 Our vision
Insurance plays a vital role in our society, enabling people to pursue their goals without fear of the unexpected. At Korint, we’re removing the technological barriers that prevent insurers from offering the best possible products to their customers—because we believe in a world where everyone can move forward with confidence.
Remember that Insurance can be seen as a state tax (you are forced to be insured for your home, your car, etc.). We are here to eliminate inefficiencies on that tax.
👩🚀 An AI Company
We strongly believe the “computer work” has changed permanently. We are building an org where AI is not“nice‑to‑have” tool. It is becoming the default way we build, ship, and learn.
There are still many unknowns about how companies will operate under this new paradigm, but we plan on figuring it out together.
🛼 Our Product
We are building a new generation of Core Insurance Platform, designed for the rapid launch of insurance products.
Core Insurance Platform ? The software used to create, operate and modify insurance portfolios. So highly technical and very important - basically you cannot innovate in insurance without a high quality OS.
You can have all the chatbots, mobile apps, AI models and fancy stuff but it is all useless if your core platform is legacy !
👐 Our Team
Our founders Jean-Baptiste (CEO) and Martin (CTO) are {Insurance + Tech} experts who have created several ventures already and have worked together in the past.
We are team of 24+ (and growing), with a ****structure that ensures everyone has a voice. We believe in continuous learning, and as we grow, so will your opportunities to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
⛩️ Our Values
* We own what we do | we take responsibility, move with autonomy, and consistently deliver high-impact outcomes
* We thrive on action | we act fast, tackle problems hands-on, and iterate quickly as things evolve
* We are one team | we foster bonds of trust through transparency, and achieve success together
* We take pride in our work | we care about our craft, we aim for a level of mastery that brings us joy and inspires others
* We grow every day | we stay curious, embrace challenges, and grow through constant, deliberate learning

🔥 We strongly encourage you to apply even if you do not meet all the specific criteria. We understand that not everyone will meet 100% of the requirements and we would still love to hear from you!
🔋 The Role
You will architect, build, and run AI-powered internal systems that increase the output of all teams. This is a hands-on, horizontal role: you will partner with GTM, Support, Finance, Ops, and the founders to turn v0.1 prototypes and fragile automations into reliable, observable, continuously improving workflows.
What "AI-first" means here:
* Iteration is the job. Ship fast, then run weekly improvement loops based on real usage.
* Robustness is non-negotiable. If it should run every 5 minutes, it runs every 5 minutes — with alerting and clear failure modes.
* Feedback loops are built-in. Capture outcomes, user feedback, and ground truth signals to improve prompts, routing, and playbooks.
* Workflows, not demos. Agents create tasks, check execution, analyze reactions, and propose next steps.
✅ What you'll build
Some examples:
* CRM migration (with AI): instrument workflows, migrate data, design enrichment + routing, build agents that keep data clean.
* AI-powered GTM workflows: Lemlist is nice but too rigid — there is room for improvement.
* Support agent on Pylon: triage, summarize, draft replies, route, and learn from outcomes.
* Finance enablement: automate reconciliations, anomaly detection, reporting narratives, and monthly close checklists.
* Website stack overhaul: move away from Webflow toward a "vibe-coded" frontend + headless CMS, with AI-assisted content ops.
* Knowledge Management: self-updated internal wiki & Claude Skills.
* Personal OS for everyone: lightweight internal systems that help every teammate execute, follow up, and keep context.
🛠️ Tools & environment
General: Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Claude, Bastion.tech
Data: Fivetran, Clickhouse, Metabase
Engineering: Github, AWS, Trunk, Dash0, CustomerIO, CodeRabbit
Product & Ops: Pylon, Figma, Jam, Posthog
Finance & HR: Qonto, Pennylane, Excel, Google Sheets, Payfit, Benefiz
Sales: Pipedrive (we need to leave), Surfe, LinkedIn, Lemlist, Google Slides
Marketing: Webflow, GA, AdWords, Loops, Figma

🧠 What we're looking for1 to 5 years in whether:
* a technical role (Solutions Engineer, Software Engineer, Automation Engineer, or similar).
* a data role
* a business role with strong appetite for technical topics
Mandatory
* Self-sufficient in fast-paced environments; can translate ambiguous needs from non-engineers into working systems.
* Strong API fluency: REST, webhooks, auth (OAuth, API keys), request/response handling.
* Solid grasp of LLMs, prompt engineering, AI agent architectures, and data design (databases, transformation).
* Hands-on experience building integrations and automation workflows (n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar).
* Debugs complex, multi-system issues with a focus on scalable, maintainable solutions.
* MCP-first reflex: when picking a tool, you check for MCP support before anything else.
Ideally
* Production track record: shipped AI-powered automations and internal tools that real teams rely on — and iterated on them.
* Experience with multi-agent systems, workflow orchestrations, and a mindset that obsesses over measurement over "launching".
* Hands-on dev background (TypeScript, JavaScript, Python, or similar) and/or knowledge of RAG, embeddings, vector DBs, or SQL.
* Background in Revenue Operations or GTM tech stacks
🌱 Growing into a company‑wide AI leadership role
This role can evolve into leading a small group of cross‑functional AI engineers across the company:
* Lead and mentor cross‑functional AI engineers, defining the team roadmap.
* Build Korint‑specific AI agents centrally, from discovery to production operations.
* Foster org‑wide AI adoption through self‑serve tools, training, and support.
* Establish lightweight standards: instrumentation, runbooks, ownership, and “how we measure success”.
* Keep a pragmatic technology watch: evaluate new tools and share what’s worth adopting.
