Join the team replacing manual ticketing with autonomous agents that resolve enterprise IT, HR, and Ops tasks instantly. You will own the core reasoning engine, building reliable agent architectures that plan multi-step workflows, self-correct, and take action across dozens of systems. It is an opportunity to ship frontier AI into production for customers like Databricks and Figma.

What you will do:

* Design and optimize the core reasoning engine and evaluation loops to ensure agent reliability and adaptability.

* Build intelligent agents that autonomously execute multi-step workflows across complex enterprise systems and APIs.

* Treat agent quality as an ML optimization problem, leveraging real usage data to improve performance and resilience.

The ideal candidate:

* 5+ years of software engineering experience with a proven track record of shipping production-grade agentic systems.

* Deep expertise in LLM orchestration, tool use, and designing evaluation loops beyond simple wrappers.

* Strong product sense and proficiency across the stack, particularly with TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
