2. About the Opportunity:
The Application Analyst I is a junior developer role focused on supporting the citizen developer program by coaching users, reviewing automations, and contributing to hands-on builds as needed. This position supports the growth of automation and AI capabilities within the program and helps maintain standards and templates. The role offers an opportunity to develop technical skills in UiPath and AI enablement while actively guiding others, contributing to the program’s overall quality and expansion.
3. Responsibilities:
• Coach citizen developers on UiPath StudioX best practices, standards, and build patterns
• Review citizen-built automations for quality, safety, security, and program alignment
• Build automations when citizen developer capacity or complexity requires support
• Support onboarding, office hours, and community of practice events for citizen developers
• Maintain and improve templates, reusable components, and documentation
• Triage questions and incidents related to citizen-developed automations and escalate as needed
• Support AI enablement efforts by assisting early AI/LLM experimentation by citizen developers
• Develop technical skills toward more complex UiPath Studio and AI-enabled projects
4. Requirements:
• Experience with UiPath StudioX or similar automation tools
• Ability to coach and guide non-technical users in automation development
• Understanding of quality, safety, and security standards in automation
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to triage issues effectively
• Interest in advancing skills in AI and automation technologies
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
