Compensation: $82 to $287 per hour

Role Responsibilities

* Provide clinical expertise to train and refine AI systems in anesthesiology workflows

* Review, annotate, and interpret clinical datasets for AI model development

* Simulate perioperative and pain management scenarios to validate AI outputs

* Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to improve model accuracy

* Document medical decision-making processes for interdisciplinary teams

* Support quality assurance, patient safety assessment, and regulatory compliance efforts

Requirements

* Board-certified or board-eligible Anesthesiologist (MD or DO) with active clinical experience

* Strong expertise in perioperative care, airway management, and pain management

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Experience with clinical documentation and patient safety protocols

* Comfort with digital platforms and clinical informatics tools

* Detail-oriented and able to work independently in a remote setting
