Anaplan Data Analyst

We’re hiring a Data Analyst to support global real estate operations within a leading investment management firm.

This role focuses on Anaplan reporting, data automation, and portfolio analytics, working closely with global stakeholders across North America and APAC. You’ll play a key role in building dashboards, improving data quality, and delivering insights to leadership.

What You’ll Do

* Support and enhance Anaplan reporting & data models

* Build automated data pipelines across systems (Anaplan, Power BI, enterprise data lake)

* Deliver monthly & quarterly portfolio reporting (leasing, occupancy, WALT)

* Develop dashboards and reporting solutions for leadership

* Implement data validation & quality checks

* Work cross-functionally with global real estate teams

* Support ad-hoc analysis, RFPs, and strategic initiatives

Must-Have Skills

* 4+ years in Data Analytics / Data Science / Financial Modelling

* Strong hands-on experience with Anaplan (Model Builder preferred)

* Advanced SQL + Excel

* Experience with Python (Pandas/Numpy)

* Strong data modelling (DAX, Power Query)

* Experience building dashboards (Power BI / Anaplan)

* Exposure to Real Estate / Investment Management data

Nice to Have

* Anaplan Model Builder certification

* Experience with Yardi / VTS

* Exposure to machine learning
