What you’ll be doing

We are 10x.team, a platform for fractional and freelance professionals. We partner with leading AI labs to advance large AI systems.

Your Role Is Practical And High Impact. You Will:

* Review and refine AI-generated responses and analytics-focused outputs

* Evaluate outputs for analytical soundness, data integrity, and real-world applicability

* Draft realistic analytics scenarios, including use cases around reporting, dashboarding, data interpretation, and business intelligence

* Assess AI reasoning on topics such as KPI selection, data quality, and analytical methodology

* Identify gaps, misinterpretations, or analytical risks in methodology and analysis

* Create scenario variations from the perspective of different analytics stakeholders, such as analyst, manager, or data engineer

In Simple Terms:

You will assess and improve AI-generated content to ensure it reflects real-world analytics standards, practices, and reasoning. Your work will help scale and improve the quality of AI systems in analytics contexts.

* Experienced with modern reporting frameworks, data visualization, and analytics best practices

* Evaluate outputs for technical accuracy, practical business alignment, and relevance to real-world organisational challenges.

* Draft complex business scenarios, such as change management plans, digital adoption roadmaps, process optimisation cases, and strategic recommendations.

* Create variations of the same scenario from different business perspectives (consultant, operations lead, project sponsor, stakeholder, change agent).

* Identify weaknesses in AI logic regarding business transformation, stakeholder management, KPIs, risk mitigation, or process redesign.

In simple terms: You will assess and improve AI content so it reflects up-to-date business transformation practices and applies real-world logic.

This is not direct project management or consulting. Instead, you are helping improve how AI understands and reasons about business transformation at scale.
