Full Description

AWS Connect Outbound Campaign Implementation Engineer is responsible for designing, configuring, and deploying automated customer outreach solutions using Amazon Connect. They specialize in leveraging AWS native services to create targeted, compliant, and personalized voice, SMS, or email campaigns, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical execution.

Key Responsibilities

* Campaign Design & Configuration: Set up and manage outbound voice campaigns, including predictive dialing, voicemail detection, and agent-less outreach using Amazon Connect Outbound Campaigns.

* Contact Flow Development: Create and maintain complex contact flows (IVR) for outbound calls, including queue management and routing, to ensure high connectivity and proper agent assignment.

* Compliance Management: Configure campaigns to meet regulatory requirements (e.g., TCPA), including time zone management, limiting contact attempts, and managing caller ID settings.

* System Integration: Integrate AWS Connect with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle) and other systems using AWS Lambda, DynamoDB, and API Gateway to automate list management and personalize customer outreach.

* Monitoring & Analytics: Use Amazon Connect Customer Profiles, CloudWatch, and QuickSight to monitor campaign performance, tracking metrics like answer rates, agent productivity, and customer engagement.

* Troubleshooting & Optimization: Identify and resolve technical issues, optimize voice technologies (VoIP), and refine contact strategies to maximize efficiency and customer experience.

Required Qualifications & Skills

* Experience: 3+ years of experience with Amazon Connect, with a focus on implementation and configuration.

* Technical Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with AWS services, including Lambda, Python, S3, DynamoDB, and Lex (for conversational AI).

* Outbound Dialer Knowledge: Familiarity with outbound dialer solutions, campaign management tools, and SIP/WebRTC protocols.

* Networking/VoIP: Strong understanding of Voice over IP (VoIP) and telephony protocols.

* Documentation: Ability to document technical designs, flowcharts, and user stories.
