You will assist our Marketing Manager in her daily tasks:

1. Technical Documentation Management

- Lead the release, updates, and version control of product technical documentation (e.g., Datasheets), ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information.

2. Multilingual Localization Support

- Oversee small-language translations for videos, PR materials, and other content to facilitate global communication.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Process Management

- Manage end-to-end sample device applications for the regions, coordinate contract reviews, and handle central platform expense reimbursements to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.

4. Operational Maintenance

- Execute weekly information updates to maintain real-time accuracy in product databases and document systems.

5. Possibility of extending tasks depending on your autonomy on the job

Profile required:

* You enjoy teamwork and collaboration.

* Good writing skills and good sense of initiative and communication skills.

* Education and experience: You have a degree in communications or marketing.

* Language skills: Fluent French, Fluency in English and Chinese is a plus.

* Techniques and skills -- Mastery of software tools : Pack Office

* Good Knowledge of social networks management of (Instagram & Facebook)

* Preferred apprenticeship duration: 24 months or an internship followed by an apprenticeship
