About The Role
Air traffic control communication is one of the most precise, high-stakes forms of human language — and AI needs experts like you to understand it. We're looking for aviation professionals and enthusiasts with real-world ATC knowledge to review and annotate pilot-to-tower audio, helping cutting-edge AI systems accurately interpret flight communications and safety signals.

* Annotate ATC interactions, identifying key phrases, instructions, and safety-relevant signals
* Flag ambiguous, non-standard, or safety-critical communications
* Provide structured feedback on transcription accuracy and contextual meaning
* Evaluate AI-generated interpretations of ATC dialogue for correctness and clarity
* Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
* Background in aviation — whether as a pilot, air traffic controller, dispatcher, or aviation professional
* Strong familiarity with standard ATC phraseology and procedures
* Ability to identify nuanced meaning in fast-paced radio communications
* Detail-oriented with a high standard for accuracy
* Self-motivated and comfortable working independently on a remote basis
* No prior AI or data annotation experience required — we'll provide training
Nice to Have
* Experience with ICAO or regional ATC communication standards
* Familiarity with instrument flight rules (IFR) or busy airspace environments
* Background in aviation safety or incident reporting
