Power the Future of AI: Why This Role Matters
Sirion is on a company-wide transformation journey to become a truly AI-native enterprise—reimagining how work is executed across Product, Engineering, GTM, Customer Success, Support, Services, and back-office functions.
We are looking for an AI Transformation Lead to identify, prioritize, deploy, and scale high-impact AI initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes.
This role reports to the SVP, Global Transformation and partners across the organization—from executive leadership to frontline operators—to drive meaningful change.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
This role will drive impact for Sirion by delivering across 4 key areas of mandate:
0→1 AI Architect
* Partner with functional leaders to redesign workflows using an AI-first mindset
* Identify high-impact friction points and quantify value opportunities
* Evaluate build vs. buy decisions
* Rapidly prototype solutions using leading AI tools
2. Enterprise Transformation
* Lead end-to-end execution of high-impact AI initiatives across functions
* Build scalable frameworks for prioritization, rollout, governance, and ROI tracking
3. Cross-Functional Orchestration
* Drive alignment across business, product, engineering, and operations
* Own operating cadence, including PMO, progress tracking, and performance management
4. AI-Native Ways of Working
* Define and institutionalize AI governance, best practices, and security standards
* Enable organization-wide adoption of AI tools and workflows
Skills & Experience You Bring to the Table.
* 8+ years of experience in business/process transformation (top-tier consulting preferred: MBB, Deloitte, Accenture, etc.)
* Proven experience driving AI transformation with measurable business impact
* Strong understanding of enterprise workflows in SaaS environments (GTM or post-sales preferred)
* Hands-on experience building/deploying AI workflows, agents, or automations (e.g., Claude, N8N, OpenClaw)
* Operator mindset: self-starter, execution-focused, and comfortable working cross-functionally
* Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
