AI Transformation Consultant (Entrepreneurial)

The Role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial AI Transformation Consultant with strong technical roots who is passionate about the human side of innovation.

You know your way around data, modern AI models, but you understand that successful AI adoption is 30% technology and 70% people and process. In this role, you don't just design a solution from an ivory tower, you work side-by-side with teams to co-create solutions that actually stick. If you have the AI skills but love the human aspect of change, facilitation and driving real-world impact, this is your spot.

What You Will Do

* Bridge Tech and Business: You are the ultimate translator. You map out business challenges and translate them into practical AI solutions, while explaining complex technical concepts in a way that anyone can understand.

* Drive Co-creation & Change: Run interactive workshops and discovery sprints. You sit down with operational teams to understand their daily workflows, address their concerns and build excitement for new AI tools.

* Guide Hands-on Execution: Lead pilot projects from start to finish. You work closely with data/tech teams to build the solution, while guiding the business teams through the transition to ensure the technology is actually adopted.

* Bring Technical Reality: Use your AI background to spot what is feasible, what is just noise and what needs to be built first. You can comfortably challenge both vendors and internal stakeholders based on real technical knowledge.

* Build Tatoma: Bring your entrepreneurial spirit to our team. Help us continuously improve our methods, combining tech and change management and help shape the future of our company.

Your Profile

You have a solid foundation in the tech/data world, but you found out that your real strength lies in connecting with people and getting things done across teams.

Background & Skills:

* Technical Roots: You have a background in Data Science, ML/Data Engineering, Product Management, or a technical digital transformation role. You don't need to be coding daily, but you deeply understand modern AI systems and data architecture.

* Passionate about People & Change: You get your energy from helping teams transition. You have high empathy, great listening skills and know how to turn resistance into enthusiasm.

* Facilitation Power: You are comfortable running workshops, guiding a group through problem-solving and managing stakeholders from the boardroom to the factory floor.

* Entrepreneurial Drive: You take ownership, learn fast and thrive in an environment where you are given the autonomy to build and experiment.

* Languages: Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
