Role Description

The AI Training & Upskilling Lead is a full-time hybrid role based in Miami, FL, with opportunities for remote work. This position is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI training and upskilling programs for diverse audiences. Daily tasks include crafting training materials, delivering workshops, identifying skill gaps, and optimizing learning strategies for enhanced outcomes. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and staying updated on emerging AI trends and technologies.

Qualifications

* Expertise in curriculum development, instructional design, and AI-focused training frameworks

* In-depth knowledge of AI technologies, machine learning, and data analysis

* Strong project management and organizational skills

* Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking abilities

* Experience in conducting needs assessments and developing tailored learning paths

* Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and virtual training tools

* Emotional intelligence, leadership, and the ability to inspire and guide teams

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a relevant field

* Experience in upskilling initiatives and talent development programs is a plus

* Deep curiosity and commitment to staying informed of ongoing developments in AI and related disciplines
