AI Trainer Jobs in India (Remote, Full-Time)

Rex.zone connects qualified AI trainers with teams building and evaluating production AI. In this role, you will improve large language models and multimodal systems through RLHF, data labeling, prompt evaluation, and QA evaluation to raise training data quality and reduce model errors across LLM training pipelines.

What You Will Do

* Execute RLHF and preference ranking tasks on model outputs; compare and rank responses and write clear rationales

* Perform prompt evaluation and response grading using strict rubrics

* Label and verify training data for NLP and computer vision annotation as needed

* Apply named entity recognition and text classification guidelines

* Run QA evaluation to catch ambiguity, leakage, and policy violations

* Perform content safety labeling for sensitive and policy-relevant content

* Document edge cases and propose guideline updates to improve annotation guidelines compliance

* Track recurring error patterns and dataset issues that impact model performance improvement

Required Qualifications

* Mid-senior experience in data labeling, evaluation, or applied AI workflows

* Strong written communication for rubric-based judging and rationale writing

* Ability to follow detailed guidelines with high inter-annotator consistency

* Familiarity with RLHF concepts, model evaluation, and prompt evaluation

* Comfort with spreadsheets, annotation tools, and QA workflows

* Reliable connectivity and ability to collaborate with distributed teams remotely

Work Arrangement

Remote, FULL_TIME role supporting global teams while targeting candidates interested in AI trainer jobs in India. Work may rotate across NLP, computer vision, and content safety labeling workflows.

Compensation

Competitive hourly rate: $30–$50/hr.
