Ai Trainer / Ai Data Trainer - Remote

Job Overview

We are looking for an AI Trainer to help improve and evaluate AI models by providing high-quality data, feedback, and domain-specific insights. This role involves working closely with AI systems to train, test, and refine their responses across various tasks such as language, reasoning, coding, or domain-specific knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

* Train AI models by creating, reviewing, and refining prompts and responses

* Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, relevance, and quality

* Perform data annotation, labeling, and categorization tasks

* Provide feedback to improve model performance and reduce errors

* Follow project guidelines and maintain high-quality standards

* Document findings and contribute to continuous improvement of AI systems

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience (CS, Engineering, Linguistics, Math, etc.)

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines

* Comfortable working with tools, spreadsheets, and AI platforms

Preferred Skills

* Experience in AI training, data annotation, or content evaluation

* Knowledge of LLMs (Large Language Models) and prompt engineering

* Domain expertise (e.g., coding, mathematics, language, finance, etc.)

* Familiarity with tools like Excel/Google Sheets
