AI Tools Enablement Engineer

We're hiring a Gemini & AI Tools Enablement Engineer to lead the enterprise adoption of Google Gemini within Google Workspace and beyond. This is not a model-building or heavy coding role. Instead, you'll focus on empowering non-technical users across the organization to achieve real productivity gains using Gemini in their daily tools.

You'll go far beyond Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Meet — enabling seamless integration with Salesforce (including the Salesforce for Gemini extension, CRM data access, lead/contact creation, and agentic workflows) and other enterprise connectors. Your mission: drive measurable impact like time savings, smarter decision-making, and optimized workflows at scale.

What You'll Do:

* Lead end-to-end Gemini adoption programs across the enterprise — from pilots to large-scale rollouts

* Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and live demonstrations for non-technical users

* Design and showcase role-based AI use cases across Sales, Operations, HR, Marketing, and more — including Salesforce-integrated workflows

* Enable teams to leverage Gemini with Google Workspace + Salesforce (pulling CRM data into Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet, and Gemini apps)

* Build reusable assets: prompt libraries, playbooks, templates, best practices, and integration guides

* Partner with stakeholders to identify high-impact opportunities and translate Gemini + connector capabilities into clear business outcomes (ROI, efficiency gains, time savings)

* Track adoption metrics (usage, engagement, productivity improvements) and continuously optimize strategies

* Provide ongoing guidance and support for sustained success

* Stay ahead of the latest Gemini features, Workspace updates, and enterprise integrations (including Salesforce connectors)

What We're Looking For :

* Proven experience driving enterprise software or AI tool adoption (Google Workspace, similar platforms, or digital transformation initiatives)

* Hands-on experience with Google Gemini (or equivalent generative AI productivity tools), especially real-world business usage

* Strong background conducting training workshops and sessions for non-technical audiences

* Demonstrated ability to create and implement practical AI use cases across business functions, including CRM integrations

* Deep familiarity with Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet) plus experience with Salesforce integrations or similar enterprise connectors

* Experience measuring adoption metrics, productivity gains, and ROI

* Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills — with the ability to influence senior leadership
