AI Technical Lead

Accountabilities

* Design and develop AI-driven applications that balance technical feasibility with business impact

* Lead client engagements from discovery and scoping through delivery and knowledge transfer

* Identify high-value opportunities where AI can address business challenges and deliver measurable outcomes

* Build prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions to demonstrate AI capabilities and use cases

* Act as a technical advisor during pre-sales activities, supporting opportunity qualification and solution positioning

* Communicate complex AI concepts in a clear, business-oriented manner to diverse stakeholders

* Ensure responsible AI practices, including considerations for security, ethics, bias, and transparency

* Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and integrate relevant innovations into solutions

* Enable and support internal teams by sharing knowledge, tools, and best practices

* Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence

Requirements

* Proven experience leading end-to-end delivery of technical or AI-driven projects with measurable outcomes

* Strong full-stack engineering background with the ability to quickly learn new technologies

* Hands-on experience building and deploying AI solutions, including knowledge of frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch

* Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and familiarity with modern AI tools (e.g., LLMs, agent-based systems, LangChain)

* Experience with AI engineering practices including model training, evaluation, and deployment

* Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

* Strong understanding of business needs and the ability to translate them into effective technical solutions

* Familiarity with responsible AI principles, including ethics, privacy, and bias mitigation

* Experience working in client-facing roles, balancing delivery and pre-sales responsibilities

* Self-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and research capabilities
