AI Technical Consultant – ServiceNow

Are you eager to combine your technical ServiceNow expertise with the power of AI? As an AI Technical Consultant in Plat4mation’s Revolutionize AI Team, you’ll work at the intersection of intelligent automation, emerging technologies, and platform engineering.

This team pushes boundaries—designing and implementing high-value AI-first solutions for clients and building new AI-driven business models for Plat4mation itself. You’ll contribute to projects that redefine processes through ServiceNow and AI innovation, while continuously expanding your technical skill set.

What will you do?

* Design, configure, and implement AI-enhanced solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

* Collaborate with functional consultants and architects to translate requirements into robust, scalable technical designs.

* Work with Now Assist and other AI technologies to automate workflows and deliver intelligent experiences.

* Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub Spokes, and other data interfaces.

* Apply prompt-engineering concepts to optimize ServiceNow conversational and automation features.

* Participate in the full software development lifecycle—design, code, test, and deploy.

* Continuously learn new technologies, experiment with emerging AI capabilities, and contribute to internal innovation projects.

* Actively engage in Plat4mation’s AI-first initiatives to help customers capture measurable business value.

We ask:

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

* 2–5 years of experience in configuration, development, and implementation of ServiceNow or similar PaaS technologies.

* Strong JavaScript skills (2–5 years); experience with Python, Shell, or other languages is a plus.

* Familiarity with web services (REST, SOAP), XML, and JSON.

* Exposure to ServiceNow AI modules or GenAI concepts is preferred.

* Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, figure things out independently, and apply analytical reasoning.

* A creative, curious, and proactive personality eager to innovate and grow in a fast-paced environment.

* Team player with strong communication skills and a result-oriented attitude.

* Fluency in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
