We are looking for a client-facing AI Solutions Strategist who enjoys conceptualizing AI-driven solutions, shaping technical approaches, and working with clients to turn ideas into practical AI opportunities.

This role focuses on solution design, discovery, and technical consulting, partnering closely with business stakeholders and engineering teams to define impactful AI solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in AI/ML solution consulting, solution architecture, or technical pre-sales

• Ability to translate business challenges into AI-driven solution concepts

• Strong understanding of LLMs, AI workflows, data platforms, and modern AI architectures

• Experience collaborating with engineering, data science, and business stakeholders

• Comfort working in client-facing discussions, workshops, and solution discovery sessions

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple business terms

• Experience working with foundation models (e.g., AWS Bedrock, OpenAI, Anthropic) and customizing them for enterprise use cases

• Familiarity with agentic workflows, LLM orchestration, and AI system design patterns

• Experience or exposure to Healthcare or Life Sciences domains is highly preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Work with clients to understand business challenges and identify AI-driven opportunities

• Conceptualize and design AI solution approaches, including architecture and implementation strategy

• Leverage Zimetrics’ AI platform capabilities, along with AI services from major cloud providers (e.g. AWS) and leading LLM platforms (e.g. Claude), to design and orchestrate practical AI solutions tailored to client needs.

• Lead solution discovery workshops and technical discussions with stakeholders

• Translate business needs into high-level AI solution designs and implementation roadmaps

• Design and propose domain-specific AI solutions, including customized language models and agentic workflows aligned to client business processes (e.g., care pathways, manufacturing operations)

• Ensure AI solutions are designed with enterprise-grade governance, safety, and regulatory compliance, especially for healthcare and life sciences use cases

• Contribute to building internal AI solution frameworks and best practices, particularly for healthcare and regulated environments

• Partner with delivery and engineering teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment

• Support technical sales, proposals, and solution presentations

• Stay current on evolving AI/LLM ecosystems, agentic architectures, and enterprise AI adoption patterns, especially in regulated industries
