About Us

Sophos is a global leader and innovator of advanced security solutions for defeating cyberattacks. The company acquired Secureworks in February 2025, bringing together two pioneers that have redefined the cybersecurity industry with their innovative, native AI-optimized services, technologies and products. Sophos is now the largest pure-play Managed Detection and Response (MDR) provider, supporting more than 28,000 organizations. In addition to MDR and other services, Sophos’ complete portfolio includes industry-leading endpoint, network, email, and cloud security that interoperate and adapt to defend through the Sophos Central platform. Secureworks provides the innovative, market-leading Taegis XDR/MDR, identity threat detection and response (ITDR), next-gen SIEM capabilities, managed risk, and a comprehensive set of advisory services. Sophos sells all these solutions through reseller partners, Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) worldwide, defending more than 600,000 organizations worldwide from phishing, ransomware, data theft, other every day and state-sponsored cybercrimes. The solutions are powered by historical and real-time threat intelligence from Sophos X-Ops and the newly added Counter Threat Unit (CTU). Sophos is headquartered in Oxford, U.K. More information is available at www.sophos.com.

Role Summary

We are seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to guide the strategy, architecture, and hands-on development of AI-powered agents, workflows, and automation solutions that materially improve Sales performance. This role combines elements of AI product management, architecture, and hands-on solution development

This is a hybrid execution and builder role. You will:

* Guide and develop the Sales AI roadmap

* Develop scalable agentic solutions

* Build production-grade AI agents and automations

* Enable citizen developers across Sales

* Serve as the primary AI subject matter expert for the organization

You will work at the intersection of Sales, Sales Engineering, Operations, IT Enterprise Architecture, and Development — ensuring AI solutions are practical, secure, scalable, and outcome-driven.

This role is critical to enabling sellers and Sales Engineers to operate faster, smarter, and with higher impact across the entire customer lifecycle.

What You Will Do

Sales AI Strategy and Roadmap

* Guide the end-to-end AI strategy for Sales aligned to Sophos’ AI-first framework

* Identify and prioritize high-ROI AI use cases across the Sales lifecycle (discovery, qualification, scoping, proposals, competitive positioning, win/loss, reporting)

* Develop and maintain a multi-quarter AI roadmap with clear business impact metrics

* Align initiatives with enterprise architecture, governance, and security standards

AI Engineer and Hands-On Development

* Architect and build AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and the broader Power Platform

* Design multi-agent workflows, orchestrations, and structured automation patterns

* Integrate agents with enterprise systems (Salesforce, data warehouses, SharePoint, Teams, internal tooling)

* Develop reusable blueprints, templates, and connectors to accelerate future builds

* Prototype rapidly, validate with users, and evolve solutions to production scale

* You will not just ideate – you will build.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Delivery

* Partner with the SE Development team to transition prototypes into hardened, scalable production solutions

* Collaborate with IT Enterprise Architecture to ensure governance, compliance, and data security

* Work with Sales, SE Ops, and Business Operations to translate workflows into AI-enabled solutions

Enablement, Evangelism & Adoption

* Drive adoption through workshops, office hours, and leadership engagement

* Host internal workshops, training sessions, demos, and office hours

* Build prompt guides, how‑to resources, and role‑specific enablement materials

* Act as a champion for AI‑enhanced productivity and best‑practice usage patterns

* Lead the Sophos SE AI Interlock team in partnership with our Product groups

Measurement and Continuous Optimization

* Define KPIs tied to revenue lift, efficiency gains, cost reduction, and quality improvements

* Implement telemetry and usage tracking for AI agents

* Refine agents based on adoption patterns and performance data

* Publish impact summaries demonstrating measurable business value

Required Qualifications

What You Will Bring

* 2+ years of hands‑on experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, or similar low‑code tools

* Experience building AI agents or conversational systems using Copilot Studio or similar tools

* Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and APIs

* Experience translating business workflows into automation and AI solutions

* Knowledge of governance, data security, and compliance considerations in enterprise AI

* Experience collaborating with technical delivery teams or developer

* Ability to rapidly prototype, test with users, and iterate based on feedback

* Strong organizational, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Experience

* Experience in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity Sales environments

* Experience leading AI or automation programs at scale

* Familiarity with agentic AI patterns (orchestration, grounding, document ingestion, action execution)

* Experience with Power BI or analytics-driven insight generation

* Experience building internal Centers of Excellence or citizen developer programs
