The Role

This is a hands-on, individual contributor role where you will be the front-line expert responsible for guiding customers from their initial engagement through to the successful, long-term implementation of our AI agent solutions. This role combines deep customer empathy and a passion for problem-solving with the technical skills to build and deliver powerful AI-driven solution and value.

Your goal is to become a trusted advisor, understanding the customer's pain points, designing tailored solutions that address them, and ensuring their ongoing success. The ideal candidate has a strong technical mindset but is also a natural communicator who can quickly get to the core of a customer's problem.

Responsibilities

* Customer Engagement & Discovery: Partner with customers to understand their business processes, identify inefficiencies, and quantify the potential value of AI automation.

* Solution Design & Implementation: Design, build, and deploy custom AI agent solutions and integrations, from initial proof-of-concept (POC) to full implementation and handoff. This includes helping customers model their data and thinking through potential integrations.

* Prompt Engineering: Continuously iterate and refine agent prompts to optimize performance and ensure the highest quality output for each customer.

* Output Templating: Work with templating engines, such as Jinja, to structure and format AI outputs for customer-facing deliverables.

* Product Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer, communicating key pain points and opportunities back to the product and engineering teams to help shape our roadmap.

* Customer Success: Provide ongoing support, training, and strategic guidance to ensure our customers are happy and realize maximum value from their investment.

* Project Management: Maintain a high level of organization across multiple POCs and customer projects.

Skills & Experience

* LLM Expertise: Proven familiarity with large language models (LLMs), including an understanding of their capabilities, best practices, and limitations.

* Problem-Solving: The ability to analyze complex business problems and translate them into simple, efficient AI solutions.

* Customer Obsession: A genuine passion for helping customers and a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.

* Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, clear terms.

* Mindset: A strong desire to not just deliver on customer requests but to identify the "next step" and proactively deliver even more value than initially expected.

* Attention to Detail: Maintain a meticulous and high standard for all customer-facing work, ensuring precision and quality in all outputs and deliverables.

Strongly Desired

* Business Acumen: Familiarity with the language and processes of industries like Real Estate, Finance, or Insurance.

* Technical Aptitude: Basic proficiency with APIs and simple Python scripting for data pre- or post-processing.
