Join a high-growth startup processing tens of millions of documents for enterprise legal and finance teams. As the second Solutions Engineer in NYC, you will bridge the gap between sales and product, designing agentic AI workflows using GPT-4, Claude, and Gemini to solve complex automation challenges for Fortune 500 clients.

What You Will Do

* Lead technical discovery and design sophisticated AI solutions, conducting POCs that demonstrate the value of no-code agentic workflows to enterprise prospects.

* Build and implement complex Python-based data pipelines and prompt engineering strategies to automate multi-modal document processing for regulated industries.

* Act as the primary technical partner for high-value accounts, managing up to 10 concurrent projects while feeding critical insights back to product engineering.

The ideal candidate

* Proven experience delivering LLM-powered solutions to customers, with deep technical knowledge of RAG, prompt engineering, and foundation model APIs.

* Strong software development skills in Python and a "prototyper at heart" mentality for building repeatable technical solutions to business problems.

* Exceptional communicator capable of articulating a complex AI vision to both C-suite business stakeholders and technical engineering leaders.
