We’re building AI voice agents that fix this.
Our systems handle inbound guest calls, reservation bookings, room inquiries, cancellations, upsells, and guest services workflows - automatically.
Now we’re looking for someone who has actually lived this environment.
* Not an AI enthusiast.

An operator.
If you’ve worked in hotel operations, reservations, guest services, or hospitality call centers, you already know where things break - and where automation actually works. You’ve likely managed teams, handled high call volumes, owned KPIs like occupancy, booking conversion, or response time, and seen firsthand how inefficient phone workflows impact revenue and guest experience.
What you’ll do
You’ll work directly with hospitality teams to map real workflows into AI-driven voice solutions.
That includes running discovery calls, translating live guest service and reservation processes into structured automation, and showing exactly where revenue can be increased and workload reduced - without compromising guest experience.
You’ll also play a key role in shaping how this technology is deployed in real-world hospitality environments.
