AI Solutions Consultant (GenAI)

At HP SCDS, we are looking for an AI Solutions Consultant (GenAI) to join our team in León. This is a hybrid role that combines business understanding and hands-on development, focused on designing and building end‑to‑end AI and Generative AI solutions. You will work closely with senior profiles, delivery teams and customers, contributing to real AI solutions with impact across different business contexts.

What will you do?

* Design AI solution architectures and components, including data, models, RAG pipelines, agent-based systems and deployment.

* Understand business challenges and translate them into technical requirements and a clear development backlog.

* Develop and validate PoCs and MVPs, and support the transition to production together with Delivery teams.

* Participate in discovery and consulting sessions with customers, supported by senior colleagues.

* Evaluate external tools and vendors under supervision.

* Document technical decisions, communicate progress clearly, and ensure best practices around security and Responsible AI.

What are we looking for?

* Academic background in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Mathematics, Physics or Statistics.

* 2–3 years of experience working with Machine Learning and Generative AI technologies.

* Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG architectures and the creation and management of AI agents.

* Basic knowledge of MLOps and deployment practices.

* Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements (with senior support when needed).

* Clear communication skills to work with customers and multidisciplinary teams.

* A hands-on mindset, continuous learning attitude and strong focus on delivering value.
