If you’ve worked in banking operations, insurance claims, loan servicing, collections, or call centers, you already know where things break, and where automation actually works. You’ve likely managed teams, owned KPIs like call volume or resolution time, and seen firsthand how inefficient phone workflows impact cost and customer experience.
What you’ll do
You’ll work directly with financial teams to map real workflows into AI-driven voice solutions.
That includes running discovery calls, translating live processes into structured automation, and showing exactly where cost can be reduced, without compromising compliance or customer experience.
You’ll also play a key role in shaping how this technology is deployed in real-world financial environments.
You’re likely a fit if you’ve been:
