The Role

We are looking for elite AI Solutions Engineers to join our technical implementation bench. As we scale to handle our upcoming enterprise pipeline, we are bringing on a select group of engineers who will undergo a 3-week technical validation sprint. Those who pass will become our frontline implementation leads for high-stakes client deployments.

Technical Focus & Expectations

To align with our AI model partners and delivery standards, you will be expected to master and implement:

* Agentic Architecture: Designing multi-step workflows, orchestrator-worker patterns, and reliable routing loops.

* Tool Design & MCP Integration: Building robust tool-calling schemas and utilizing the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to connect LLMs to live enterprise databases.

* Structured Outputs: Enforcing strict data structures using JSON schemas and Pydantic for deterministic data extraction.

* Context & Reliability: Managing context windows efficiently, utilizing advanced prompting techniques, and building resilient error-handling pipelines.

Candidate Requirements

* Production Engineering Experience: Minimum 3+ years of professional backend development in Python or Node.js/TypeScript. You must have deep experience building and integrating complex REST APIs.

* Applied AI Experience: You must have successfully deployed at least one LLM-driven feature or application to production. We are looking for engineers, not "prompt hobbyists."

* Architectural Rigor: You understand the difference between a simple chatbot and a deterministic AI workflow. You must be comfortable with complex system architecture, database management, and cloud deployment.

* Commitment: Ability to commit to a 3-week onboarding and certification sprint starting immediately.
