Role purpose

Lead AI transformation by identifying high-value opportunities, designing secure and governable AI solutions, and industrializing delivery from rapid prototypes to production at scale. This role anchors the AI roadmap and ensures measurable business outcomes and adoption.

* Client Partner / Account leadership

* Delivery Partner & SDMs (to embed AI into operations)

* Security, compliance and platform governance stakeholders

Key responsibilities

* Own the AI transformation pipeline: discovery → prioritisation → solution design → delivery governance → adoption & benefits tracking.

* Translate business problems into AI solution architectures (Copilot/agentic patterns, workflow automation, analytics).

* Design secure, compliant solutions aligned to enterprise controls (privacy, security, AI governance).

* Lead rapid build/prototyping and guide teams through production hardening and operationalization.

* Define reusable reference architectures, standards, and delivery playbooks for repeatability.

* Partner with SDMs/Operations to embed AI into run operations (self-service, copilots, analytics, automation).

* Run executive workshops and communicate value in business terms (KPIs, productivity, risk reduction).

* Coordinate with Microsoft/partner ecosystem where relevant for accelerators and enablement.

Qualifications & experience

* 3+ years in Solution Architecture / Technical Leadership roles.

* Hands-on experience delivering AI/GenAI or intelligent automation solutions into production environments.

* Strong integration and enterprise application context (SAP/Salesforce/data platforms).

* Proven stakeholder leadership and ability to run workshops with senior executives.

* Ability to balance speed of innovation with governance, security and operational readiness.

Preferred / advantage

* Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio / Power Platform / Azure OpenAI ecosystem.

* Experience establishing AI governance and operational monitoring for AI services.

* Domain exposure to real estate / finance operations use cases (beneficial).

* Increased conversion of AI ideas into production deployments with measurable adoption.

* Defined and executed AI roadmap with quantified business value.

* Established repeatable delivery playbook and governance for AI

* Improved operational efficiency via AI-assisted workflows and self-service.

Working model

* Operate within a ‘one‑team’ engagement model with onshore and offshore stakeholders.

* Govern delivery using structured cadence (daily/weekly/monthly) and executive‑ready reporting.

* Champion continuous improvement through automation, standardization and measurable outcomes.

Technical Requirements

* Agentic Frameworks: Proven experience with orchestration tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or building custom agentic workflows.

* GenAI Ecosystem: Deep familiarity with the tooling and APIs of OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, Vertex AI, or AWS Bedrock.

* Cloud Platforms: Architectural proficiency in at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with a focus on AI/ML service integration.

* Solution Design: Ability to design "production-ready" systems, moving beyond simple wrappers to robust, enterprise-grade AI applications.
