Role Description

NeuraOptima is expanding its delivery network to support enterprise-grade AI transformations. Having recently cleared the initial review for the Anthropic Claude Partner Network, we are selecting ten exceptional builders to anchor our vanguard roster.

We specialize in designing and deploying secure, high-performance LLM architectures using the Anthropic ecosystem . we are looking for deep technical specialists to partner with on upcoming complex RAG deployments, API integrations, and agentic workflow orchestration.

Who We Are Looking For We are filling specific roster spots across Architecture, Engineering, and Delivery. You are a fit if you possess deep expertise in one or more of the following:

* Agentic Orchestration & RAG: Designing complex, multi-step workflows, vector database architectures, and internal prompt libraries.

* Enterprise System Architecture: Strong Python background, cloud deployment experience (AWS/GCP), and building secure data pipelines to connect Claude with existing enterprise systems.

* Enterprise Delivery: Acting as a Technical Delivery Lead, managing client expectations, translating complex AI systems into business value, and designing rigorous AI evaluation suites.

Requirements:

* Minimum 3+ years of experience in complex software architecture, machine learning, or technical consulting.

* Comfortable operating as an independent 1099 Contractor / Consulting Associate on a project-by-project basis.

Immediate availability to complete a remote, asynchronous partner-specific certification sprint.
