Role: AI Solutions Architect

Location: Remote

Role Overview:

We are hiring an AI Solutions Architect to design the end-to-end AI

systems that power Joveo's platform — from model selection and data

architecture through deployment, evaluation, and production monitoring.

You will translate business problems into AI-powered solutions that

actually work at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect complete AI solutions across the full ML lifecycle

- Evaluate and select models, frameworks, and infrastructure for new AI initiatives

- Design RAG architectures, agentic workflows, and LLM-powered features

- Partner with product and engineering to translate business needs into AI systems

- Define evaluation frameworks, safety guardrails, and production monitoring strategies

- Lead technical diligence on third-party AI vendors, models, and tools

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Extensive hands-on experience architecting production AI and ML systems

- Deep knowledge of modern AI stacks — LLMs, RAG, vector databases, agent frameworks

- Strong understanding of ML lifecycle — training, serving, monitoring, retraining

- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar LLM orchestration frameworks

- Ability to make clear trade-off decisions between cost, latency, quality, and safety

- Excellent communication skills for translating AI concepts to business stakeholders
