Job Description
We are looking for an AI Solutions Architect (GTM) to partner with our go-to-market team and enterprise prospects at the earliest and most critical stages of the buying journey.
In this role, you will work directly with prospective customers to understand their GTM challenges, explain how AI-powered workflows can transform how their revenue teams operate, and guide them toward a confident decision on whether and how to engage with Actively AI. You’ll lead technical discovery, translate complex AI capabilities into clear business value, and design and deliver demos that reflect real customer environments and future-state GTM workflows.
You will operate as the technical counterpart to our Account Executives — shaping solution narratives, addressing technical questions and objections, and ensuring prospects have the clarity and confidence required to move forward. When a proof of concept (POC) is the right next step, you will partner with an Agent Product Manager to ensure a clean transition, enabling deep discovery, scoped success criteria, and execution ownership post-sale.
This role sits at the intersection of AI, enterprise GTM strategy, and customer engagement, and is ideal for someone who is deeply curious about how AI is changing revenue teams, thrives in customer-facing environments, and wants to influence how modern GTM organizations evaluate and adopt AI-first workflows.

What You’ll Do
Deal Acceleration & Technical Alignment
* Partner closely with AEs, SDRs, and RevOps to drive the technical pre-sales process from discovery through POC recommendation
* Ability to articulate value to a wide variety of personas from CROs and CIOs to RevOps to sales leaders down to SDR Managers
* Lead early-stage technical discovery to understand GTM workflows, data environments, integrations, and risk at a level sufficient to assess fit
* Clearly explain Actively AI’s AI-powered architecture, capabilities, and constraints to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Design and deliver compelling demos that reflect real customer environments and future-state GTM workflows
* Serve as a strategic advisor to GTM leaders on how AI-powered workflows can augment sellers, managers, and RevOps teams
* Identify when a deal is ready for a POC and frame the value hypothesis, risks, and stakes that justify moving forward
* Execute a clean handoff to the Agent Product Manager once a POC is approved, ensuring context, intent, and expectations are aligned
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Sales Engineering or Solutions Architecture in enterprise environments
* Strong working knowledge of modern AI systems, including LLMs, AI-driven workflows, orchestration, data pipelines, or evaluation approaches
* Ability to think in systems and architectures, not just features
* Comfort engaging with executives, technical teams, and GTM operators
* A bias toward clarity, ownership, and real-world customer impact
