AI Solutions Architect, AI Strategy and Pre Sales
ElantisRole Overview
You lead customer facing AI consulting engagements. You engage senior leaders, business units, and technical teams. You study the current environment, data sources, workflows, and systems. You define how artificial intelligence improves revenue, reduces cost, and improves operational efficiency.
You translate business problems into AI solutions. You guide the customer from idea to architecture. You build trust with executives and technical teams. You support the sales team in complex enterprise deals and shape AI transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities
Customer advisory and discovery
• Lead executive level conversations with CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and business leaders
• Assess customer business challenges, operational bottlenecks, and growth targets
• Review current technology stack, data platforms, and analytics maturity
• Identify AI opportunities across revenue generation, automation, risk reduction, and efficiency
• Map AI use cases across functions such as sales, customer support, operations, supply chain, finance, and security
AI solution design
• Define AI architecture aligned with enterprise systems and data platforms
• Recommend models, frameworks, and infrastructure for each use case
• Design roadmaps for AI adoption across short term and long term initiatives
• Build solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and implementation strategies
• Translate business outcomes into measurable KPIs such as cost reduction, revenue growth, and productivity improvement
Pre sales leadership
• Partner with enterprise sales teams during strategic pursuits
• Lead discovery workshops and AI strategy sessions with customers
• Present AI transformation strategies to executive leadership
• Build proposals, solution documents, and proof of value plans
• Support RFP responses and technical evaluations
Industry use case development
• Build AI use case libraries for industries such as financial services, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, and technology
• Quantify business value for AI initiatives using ROI models
• Create repeatable frameworks for AI transformation engagements
• Share best practices and lessons learned across projects
Thought leadership
• Act as a trusted advisor for enterprise AI adoption
• Represent the company in executive briefings, conferences, and industry forums
• Develop AI strategy playbooks and consulting methodologies
• Mentor internal teams on AI solution strategy and customer engagement
Required Experience
• 15 to 20 plus years in enterprise technology consulting, solution architecture, or technical advisory roles
• 5 plus years focused on artificial intelligence, machine learning, or data driven transformation
• Strong pre sales experience supporting enterprise technology deals
• Experience leading executive workshops and strategy discussions
• Proven track record in large enterprise environments
Technical Expertise
Strong knowledge in several of the following areas
• Artificial intelligence and machine learning platforms
• Generative AI and large language models
• Data engineering and data platforms
• Cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Google Cloud Platform
• MLOps pipelines and model lifecycle management
• Enterprise integration and API architectures
• Security, governance, and responsible AI frameworks
Key Skills

Education
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
