AI Solution Architect (Sr Manager)

The AI Solution Architect will design, implement, and guide AI-powered systems across client-facing projects, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business objectives. You will work with diverse technologies including machine learning, generative AI, and intelligent automation, translating complex technical requirements into actionable architectures. This position offers a dynamic environment where collaboration with engineering teams, stakeholders, and clients is central to success. You will mentor junior engineers, influence architectural standards, and contribute to the strategic evolution of AI practices across projects. Accountabilities

* Lead the architecture and design of AI-powered solutions across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and system constraints

* Develop and promote reusable architectural patterns, components, and best practices to support scalable AI initiatives

* Evaluate cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments to recommend secure and efficient AI system designs

* Drive decisions around data pipelines, model orchestration, APIs, observability, and enterprise system integration

* Apply expertise in traditional ML, generative AI (LLMs, embeddings, RAG, AI agents), and orchestration protocols to deliver robust solutions

* Serve as a technical resource by reviewing designs, contributing to code and system architecture, and mentoring junior engineers

* Collaborate with delivery leads and stakeholders to refine solution designs as requirements evolve

* Participate in technology evaluation and internal initiatives to strengthen architectural consistency across teams

Requirements

* 8+ years of experience in software engineering or AI/ML development, with at least 2 years in solution architecture or design

* Proven experience designing AI-powered solutions using ML pipelines, generative AI frameworks, or APIs

* Hands-on experience with Python, AI/ML frameworks, and API development

* Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), containerized environments, and enterprise architecture principles

* Exposure to GenAI frameworks, agent orchestration tools, and multi-step reasoning workflows

* Comfortable working in agile, project-based environments and collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

* Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts to business audiences

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees or professional certifications are a plus

* Certifications in Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform are highly desirable

* Flexibility to work across US locations and travel as required
